About Admin Boss – Estate Division
Admin Boss – Estate Division is the deceased estate notice division of Admin Boss, a South African small-business administration service based in Pretoria. We exist for one job: getting estate notices advertised correctly, on time, at a fair price.
What We Do
- We draft J193 notices to creditors and J187 liquidation and distribution account adverts in the prescribed wording.
- We lodge with the Government Printing Works for the Friday Government Gazette.
- We book the correct district newspaper or approved online publication under Chief Master Directive 1 of 2025.
- We deliver proof of publication for the Master’s file.
- All of it for a flat R400 per advert — no percentage of the estate, ever.
